fantastic stay!
metro station cleaning service
the hotel is near plaza major and also next to a metro station. our double room was clean and very well maintained. cleaning staff serviced the room daily so it was always immaculate!

the room was a lovely size and always very clean. it had adequate space for clothes. a safe and a fridge. the excellent size shower had really good water pressure.

great location roomy room large shower unhelpful staff limited accomodation breakfast restriction
The location was great. The nearest metro station was just down the road. My room was roomy, and a bonus was a window that opened for some fresh air. The shower was large, and the room was well laid out. There was a LOVELY bar downstairs for food and drinks and most importantly a snack machine.
The staff at the reception were not that helpful. I went to ask for a few bits and pieces, like water and plastic cups, and they were unable to accommodate most of the time. I would have preferred to take my breakfast in the room. I was told i could not.

Acceptable Location, but Disappointing Room Conditions
temperature fluctuation stained duvet
The location was convenient for accessing different parts of the area.
I encountered issues with the room itself. The shower temperature fluctuated unexpectedly between hot and cold, quite irritating. I found a red stain on the duvet, not properly cleaned and folded under the mattress (it was a very unpleasant discovery).

great hotel experience
spacious room comfortable beds good air conditioning
i found the rooms quite spacious. the beds were comfortable. everything was clean, and the air conditioning worked well. the bathroom had good size, and i had plenty of water at a good pressure.
the pool closed early, and the photos made it seem bigger.

the rooftop area features a jacuzzi. it is quite large, great for a relaxing dip while taking in the views. the hotel provides a breakfast service, and i noticed it included a wide selection of items.

restrictive hours incorrect impression
The location IS good. Access to transportation was simple.
The pool hours WERE restrictive, closing too early in the evening, then reopening after checkout. The pictures online gave an incorrect impression OF the pool area. It IS smaller than expected. The employee at the pool asked FOR my room number in a manner that felt excessive.

The hotel had a fridge for cooling drinks. Luggage storage was available for early or late flights. Staff were cute and informative. The rooms were cleaned daily and felt modern.
